Clancy’s Spicy Asian Noodle Salad is a fantastic addition to any summer BBQ, fall tailgate, or as a meal all by itself. It’s one of those easy dishes that can use up whatever is in your refrigerator. It’s simple and fresh, inexpensive and healthy… And we love to give a shout out to another Michigan product, Al Dente Pasta Spicy Sesame Noodles are perfect with this salad, every time we make it! Here’s what you need to recreate yourself and how to do it:
Clancy’s Fancy Mild Hot Sauce
Finely Minced Ginger
Any vegetables you’d like! We include red pepper, red cabbage, and snow peas
Clean and cut desired vegetables (red bell pepper, red cabbage and sugar snap peas are featured here) and add raw to large mixing bowl.
Mince ginger root, slice scallions diagonally, and chop cilantro. Add raw to large mixing bowl.
Bring noodles to a boil (we love Al Dente Spicy Sesame Linguine), drain, and add to large mixing bowl.
Mix all ingredients adding sesame oil and Clancy’s Fancy Hot Sauce to taste.
