Add your favorite Clancy’s Fancy variety to a fresh batch of popcorn! This is one of our favorites and so simple. Just mix the hot sauce with any prepared popcorn (we like stovetop) and enjoy!
Fresh asparagus, 1 bunch
Olive Oil, 2 TBSP
Salt and pepper, to taste
Clancy’s Fancy Hot Sauce, 2 TBSP

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Coat vegetables in olive oil, Clancy’s Fancy, and season with salt and pepper.
Cook for 15 minutes, toss with more Clancy’s Fancy while still warm.
2 medium ripe avocados
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced tomato (optional)
1 Lime, juiced
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
Clancy’s Fancy Hot Sauce, to taste
Place lemon juice in medium sized bowl.
Cut open avocados and spoon out of skin into bowl with lemon juice.
Mash with fork or potato masher to desired consistency.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
